Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was clean and quiet, making for a peaceful stay. Although the bathroom only had a shower, it was still comfortable for our family of four. The service was exceptional, especially from Regina who went out of her way to help with a ticket printing issue. The location was convenient, close to good dining options, although slightly out of town. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location is great for exploring Williams, AZ and heading out to the Grand Canyon, but the room was tiny with a weird smell. Despite this, it was clean and had extra coffee which was a nice touch. The service was hit or miss, with helpful directions to Sedona but also unprofessional behavior on personal cell phones at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and in good condition upon arrival, but I didn't get the room I paid for as it was advertised as a 'king suite. ' The breakfast spread was impressive with omelets, bread/bagel choices, Chobani yogurts, and other hot offerings, but the prices were a bit high for what was provided.
